About us
Understand your values. Act consciously.
Souligent is provided by SIRAT SOLUTIONS GmbH in Hanau. The company develops digital products, including NafsCheck.
SIRAT SOLUTIONS wants to make regular self-reflection easier in everyday life. The app focuses on the values behind your actions and opportunities for personal growth.
What does the name Souligent mean?
It combines Soul, your inner self, with Diligent: careful and conscientious. It stands for thoughtful reflection on your own mindset.
Our approach
SIRAT SOLUTIONS developed the reflection questions itself. They address values such as honesty, compassion and responsibility in everyday situations.
The 40 reflection questions cover three domains: towards yourself, towards others, and towards society and shared resources.
No. Souligent is secular and welcomes people regardless of religion or worldview.
What matters to us
Honest self-reflection, clear questions and respectful feedback.
We recommend one self-assessment per week and one peer assessment per month. This is guidance, not a requirement. Choose your own rhythm.
Is Souligent a personality test or therapy?
No. Souligent is not a scientifically validated personality test and makes no diagnostic or therapeutic claims. Results are personal assessments, not diagnoses.
